He's whatever you picture in your head, and the story obviously says he's attractive. What possible answer besides "yes" is there? It's like asking if the Road Runner was really smarter than the coyote nothing in any of the stories indicates he wasn't, so why would anyone answer differently? permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] essell@lemmy.world 4 points 6 months ago (1 child) The entire field of literary analysis would like a word with you. 🤣 permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world -4 points 6 months ago (1 child) Oh really? The people that insist their interpretation of literature is correct even after authors clarify that they're reading to far into it? They're barely better than tarot card readers. Go ahead and pass along all their words if you don't mind. I just can't think of a more perfect arrangement to hear what the "field of literary analysis" has to say to me, than thru an account I've just blocked. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] essell@lemmy.world 3 points 6 months ago* People like you are why the phrase "touch grass" was invented. 🤣😁 permalink fedilink source parent [–] rushmonke@ttrpg.network [S] 1 point 6 months ago (1 child) I'm asking for people's thoughts. I wasn't sure if he was actually beautiful in the story, or he just thought that he was. It was mentioned that he was cursed for being mean to his admirers, which is interesting. I also wanted to see if people thought he was beautiful themselves. Some could argue that his behavior made him ugly. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world -1 points 6 months ago (1 child) I also wanted to see if people thought he was beautiful themselves Welp Clearly nothing I said made sense to you permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] rushmonke@ttrpg.network [S] 2 points 6 months ago (1 child) I don't think this is the thread for you. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [+] ageedizzle@piefed.ca 2 points 6 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago) [deleted] permalink fedilink source parent
