She has a reputation for taking a long time to send things, but also the most success getting it through customs. But at this point it could have been sent, taken by customs, re-sent, taken again, re-ordered and arrived.

Well it'll take over a week once it's sent so I won't get it for at least a week even if it's sent today, which it probably won't be.
