They gave it to fucking Kissinger. Machado isn't the worst winner by far.
They gave it to Obama.
Who at that point the only thing he did was avoid a potential rebellion by the former slave states by competely pardoning the Bush administration for legalizing and officially implementing TORTURE
But he wasn't personally intervening to make sure that more babies got napalmed, so he's still not the worst recipient.
