On Friday morning, cellphone footage originating from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jonathan Ross showing the murder of Minneapolis mother and wife Renee Nicole Good was leaked to right-wing media. The new footage conclusively demonstrates that Ross deliberately positioned himself in front of Good’s vehicle to justify murdering her.
I don't know where people got this idea that you can shoot tires to stop a car. Your car will go a long way with a flat tire. And it will go a long way on just the rim. And it will go a long way dragging the rotor, knuckle and even the fender on the ground.
There is two ways to stop a vehicle with a gun. One is get lucky enough to hit a critical component, like the computer or the throttle control. Two, is to use a big enough gun to make an inspection hole in the block.
