Its interesting that a convicted felon in the Whitehouse is comfortable with setting the precedent that a head of state can just be kidnapped and prosecuted for crimes that some other country thinks they committed.

It's definitely a flex. But said convicted felon was never actually assigned a prison sentence. And the White House is one of the most unassailable points in global geopolitics. Show me the foreign-equivalent Delta Team that plans to arrest the American Caeser.
