Does anyone else get extremely overwhelmed by the thought of work after a longer break? (lemmy.world)

It hasn't been that much longer of a break for me (4 and a half day weekend), but new years doesn't usually have me going to several dinners like Christmas or Thanksgiving and I actually got some really good rest, but I'm extremely upset at the idea of going back to work, it doesn't help that I don't like my job, but I'm too the point that I want to breakdown and/or quit. I've had similar experiences in school, and I'm curious to see if others have this or just me

I go back to the workplace after being off since 12/20. I am low-key fretting as I have 3-4 new staff starting tomorrow to prep tech for, and said tech came in barely two days prior to vacay; aka no time to prep them beyond getting them into our management system. And the above isn't even factoring in my day-to-day tickets.

Don't get me wrong, I like my job, but I like being off and lazy way more.
