    They don't want to, they could do that easily.
    He is not liked as it is by ukrainians, and he would be replaced by the fascist Zalushny.
    Last year Zelenski gave medals to troops and Russia waited until he left to strike the building.

    2. His approval ratings are incredibly high (67%)

    I don't know what you don't understand. If there's an apple, a banana and a pear, and most people pick an apple, it doesn't mean they hate bananas or pears.
