    Kidnapping of a head of state is completely illegal, and south american countries should be uniting and mobilizing for coming wars with the US to prevent similar intrigues in their own countries.

    1. He would win the popular vote, as per article you linked
    2. His approval ratings are incredibly high (67%)

    I don't know what you don't understand. If there's an apple, a banana and a pear, and most people pick an apple, it doesn't mean they hate bananas or pears.

    This is where the approval rating comes in.
