    The back story is that he was elbowed in the face on the way to the car, and probably had stage makeup on.

    There's a pair of asterisk symbols around the word "removed" in the address, and Lemmy or the readers are automatically italicizing what's between them and then dropping the symbols, which breaks the link.

    Using "%2A" gets around that. There might be other ways too.
