I don't read r/conservative much but what I've seen is they keep banning actual conservatives because they correctly call out what Trump is doing on things where it's not about left and right but right and wrong.

Some people are saying that it could be coincidental. OP asks why would the two accounts who post so regularly just happen to both stop at the same time on that day.

The title is misleading at best. I'm sure 30-50% of the content are bots, but the link to Moscow is... let's say tenuous. There is no good source for a blackout in Moscow, only in a minor city (100k inhabitants) of the Moscow area called Zhukovsky according to one of the comments in the post. Russia is a country with 150 million inhabitants, searching for blackouts anywhere in the country on one event of reduced bot activity isn't real science, and doesn't point to any kind of causation.

Further down in the post, if you read it, you can even see OP was using problematic methodology and had to point to another post. You're literally just going by the words of a random reddit user at this point. This is conspiracy theory level shit, guys, you can do better than this.

Edit: link to the corrected reddit post by the same user. Look at the fifth graph provided. Amazing that 350 people upvoted this conspiracy shit, you guys have a serious problem over at .world

Edit 2: @BoycottTwitter@lemmy.zip do you have anything to reply at all to this? Don't you think your post is disinformation, or at least the title?

I tried improving it by updating the title and description. Even looking at the corrected image we still see disruptions in posting on that day and OP asked a question: why did they both happen to stop on that day despite having such regular posting habits?

why did they both happen to stop on that day despite having such regular posting habits?

One of the reddit comments has proposed a pretty simple explanation: the two profiles are the same person. Just one person's posting habits were disrupted.

Looking at your history you seem to be a bit of a Russia's defender.

Are you a Russian bot yourself? Do you feel called out? You seem very defensive. Projecting much?

No, he doesn't seem to be a Russian defender. The only post I've found was on whether it's ok to call Russians orcs, where he was strongly against it. Also commas in their messages are a bit sus, so it might be that their first language is Russian.

You seriously don't think there's anything wrong with 700 people upvoting this dogshit conspiracy theory misinformation? Are you gonna pretend it's alrighty and dandy because "it's le evil Ruzzians at work again"?

If you said Russians are the reason you're always missing one sock in your dryer, half of Reddit would agree.

You're literally one of the biggest Russian simps on this platform, you gladly suck, swallow, and regurgitate Russian propaganda daily.

There's a ZERO percent chance that someone as hollow as you cares about accuracy. You're just mad that this post makes Russia look bad.

Buddy, I'm a communist. I hate the Putin regime. You haven't talked about this in .world at all, but last week 3 communists in Russia were trialed and condemned to 12 years in jail for reading Lenin, but those are commies so you and our mass media don't give a fuck. I have personal loved ones suffering the results of the government and the sanctions. So don't fucking tell me I'm a Russian simp.

The thing is, unlike you, I don't blame every cancer of the cancerous west on a foreign nation. If there had been this platform 20 years ago and you and I had been in it, you'd be calling me a Hussein simp for complaining that there's no evidence of weapons of mass destruction. If it were 35 years ago, you'd be calling me a Kuwait simp for requesting caution when listening to Nayirah's testimony. And now it is 2025 and you call me a Russian simp because I'm a European citizen more concerned with our own fascist politicians who wants good diplomatic and economic relations with Russia and who believes that most of the problems between Europe and Russia come from the US (successful) attempts to antagonize the country, because believe it or not, history did not begin in February 2022.

Aww shucks, poor Putin's bot spinning sob stories to make people feel sowwy for the poor bot. Great tactic if you weren't already exposed as Russia's lover and defender.

I have personal loved ones suffering the results of the government and the sanctions.
    ...
because believe it or not, history did not begin in February 2022.

Exactly, Russia's aggression didn't start in 2022 and I have generations of loved ones that suffered from Russia's aggression. So STFU Ruski.

I don't give a fuck if anyone pays you or not. You are spreading Russian propaganda and defending this abhorrent country. I don't know if you are just stupid, brainwashed, or Putin's lackey bot, or all of the above. But I do know you are a Russian simp talking out of his ass.

There are not so many things I dislike more than defending Putin's Russia, but you're right.

The window is too tiny to draw any sensible conclusions, even the Reddit OP admits that. Even more, the shutdown in Zhukovsky was from 11pm to 1.30 am:

The whole narrative would've been stronger if there was a bot farm reported in Zhukovsky independently
