On my old android, I used AccuBattery but now I'd prefer an open source alternative. I've seen Battery Bot and another called Plus Plus Battery. The former is really old, last updated like 3 years ago and the latter seems like it is in early stage and built for a few brands in particular. What apps do you use to keep track of battery health?

What I'm looking for is keeping track of battery health like AccuBattery does, monitoring charging and discharging cycles, time remaining etc. Basically everything that AccuBattery does. Any ideas?

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check it out. Any chance you used Plus Plus Battery?

All of those only works on specific phone models. So choose the one matches your device.

Really, i don't find any difference on using it and not using it. Both time battery consumption are just same.

Yeah, the model specific ones are a pain to actually start using. It seems like a general case problem though - every phone on the planet needs a battery so it only makes sense every phone should also come with a battery optimizer deeper than just limiting charging to 80 percent.

I haven't, but did just now. It definitely shows more! I noticed Batt shows a percentage for battery capacity right away, but I guess Plus Plus Battery needs to calculate it over time?
