First, the BKA is no GeStaPo like the American ICE. It's more like the FBI, but more professional.

On the other hand, this is a normal request for identification of a potential defendent in a criminal case. They have reason to assume the person is German, and public diffamation (not only of politicians, this applies to anyone) is a crime.

    If they want to arrest someone for calling a politician fat, They are WORSE THAN ICE! That's not professional at all. A professional does not get deterred by random internet comments calling them fat.

    And I don't care what the laws are in Germany. They can make how many ever useless ass laws they want, doesn't change what is morally right/wrong.

    If it had been only that, this would not have happened. The BKA is a very professional police force. So there must have been way more. And this has nothing to do with her being a politician (except maybe for the reasons of the perpetrator).

    And I don’t care what the laws are in Germany.

    But it is the law here. This is not America. And that is good, looking at what is happening there. Which could not happen here.

    They can make how many ever useless ass laws they want, doesn’t change what is morally right/wrong.

    What you might think to be morally right or wrong. The world is not America. Thank goodness for that.

    The first sentence of the German "Grundgesetz" (Constitution) is "Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar": Human dignity is inviolable. Think about it.

    Go back to your third world country and stfu about countries you know nothing about, even less about its laws and constitution.
    Either stay within the confines of your knowledge, or shut up and listen to what others are trying to make you understand.
    Don't wonder why Americans are seen so negativity abroad, you are part of the problem.

    The founding fathers studied the laws and constitution of other countries all too well and knew exactly what NOT to do and warned against fuhrious fatties. Everybody says America sucks but are still fighting to get here (legally or illegally). Cause it sucks so much!

    I'm not fighting to get to the USA. It's a radioactive hell hole, just look at tourism stats and see it nosedived since the orange turd was voted in.
    Btw, I would be really surprised if your founding fathers read Germany's constitution before making their own...
