Denying it so somebody can sit for five minutes while they wait for the bus sure isn't.

If lack of bench space is a problem due to homeless people sleeping on it, the solution isn't making them unable to sleep on benches. It's getting them in homes. And if that solution isn't available, saying fuck them in favor of people having bench-sitting access is not a great argument.

To be clear, anyone who complains about lack of space to sit at a bus stop due to a homeless person sleeping on it, and instead of feeling pity for the homeless person and fighting for the homeless, chooses to be mad at the homeless person and fight against the homeless (by supporting those anti-sleeping bench measures), that person is an inhuman piece of shit.
