I just heard somewhere that the Chinese were producing and installing so much solar that they're single handedly going to be responsible for avoiding the worst effects of climate change. Some how, that's still not enough.
I haven't read the article, but I'm assuming the argument is that Xi should invade and subjugate the imperialist countries in order to force decarbonization and socialism at gun point.
Hand me a rifle, Xi
China installed more solar in 2023 alone than the US has in its entire history.
In May of this year they installed 93 GW. That was almost 100 panels a second
