I got so used to Hexbear's pocket universe that I forgot how terrible internet liberals actually are. (hexbear.net)

I assumed it was just "hire more LGBTQIA+ prison guards!" so-true

It's worse than that. What I've seen recently because of federation is "(verbal performative) support for disadvantaged people as long as they maintain a successful small business in a disadvantaged area for no less than three years and aren't anywhere to the left of Bernie Sanders!"

I came to lemmy early in the reddit exodus, but too many god damn liberals came along and it's gradually getting worse. Hexbear has the only good anime community, so now I have to have another lemmy account

Even their communication style is exhausting. "Ummm, hate to break it to you, hate to be the one to tell you this, but honestly, it's funny that you're so (ableist concern trolling here). I'm just saying, who hurt you? Alas, there is no logic or reason to be found here, only an echo chamber." very-intelligent

    • The first post I saw from it, which made me block it, was

CW: extreme liberalismBiden and MLK eating french fries

I don't usually block communities, the only other community I've blocked so far is !memes@lemmy.ml
