The schools make a safe place to go to school part of the curriculum. They do not turn a blind eye. They also don't threaten punishment, but encourage inclusiveness. Of course that is WOKE now so most other schools are going to ramp up the bullying. I talked to my kids and their friends many times over the years, and was surprised because it is so different than what I had.
