The book Journey of Souls sold me on it. There's a free pdf online if you want to read it. It's convos where they hypnotized ppl and regressed them back before they were conceived into their 'life between lives' and found a lot of similar things like choosing their life beforehand and what kind of lessons they hoped to learn. I like the bits about reincarnating alongside ppl who are your friends there and seeing each other b4 you come here so you recognize them when you meet them.
