I wasn't going to explain all of the health effects, aside from an irritant, that the "!" could indicate, especially when the general rule of thumb is to go over the SDS when you see the symbol. The second symbol is definitely for indicating a hazard to aquatic life. The "G" in the third was confused with a "Q", given the printer resolution.
