Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Monday removed every member of a scientific committee that advises the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on how to use vaccines and pledged to replace them with his own picks.

The 17-member Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices had been in a state of flux since Kennedy took over. Its first meeting this year had been delayed when the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services abruptly postponed its February meeting.

As a Millenial I have witnessed attacks on the quality of our education since I've been conscious.

I think the symptoms of cutting education over and over and over again are finally showing

It's fuckinf stupid but the papers here have alot of power over the retarded, we now have a fox news type thing but it's so shit it's just funny.

There not news remember! They're Fox Entertainment.

They admitted they are not factual, and thus are not news.

They admitted they are not factual, and thus are not news.

More specifically there was a case where a Fox News "reporter" was asked to do a story on something and what they saw did not match the narrative at all, they refused to play along and were fired for not telling the story the network wanted to tell. They sued, and the argument from Fox was that only the shows literally called the news were news and had any need to be truthful, everything else is opinion or entertainment and thus could lie as much as they wanted. If you look at their current schedule, I'm pretty sure "news" is down to the 11PM Fox News @ Night, the closest anything else gets is being "geared towards" news.

the attack has been ongoing for decades, im also a milleneal. this is from a blue area. its underfunded, if they have to pass failing students there is a problem(participation grades has been occurring since the early 2000s. the interesting thing is this plays right into being fodder for military recruitment too. just near my area theres at least 2-3 different service recruiment stations(usually around malls) within a couple miles radius. 1-2 extremely close another highs school. they are almost never in or near wealthy areas. go a little outside of city, in another out of the waymall is another recruitment center.

they love to glorify the few gifted/4.0 students at our schools and neglecting everyone else.

This. Education or lack thereof is why we are where we are.
