There is no "federal law". There is only a fascist dictatorship — a kakistocracy with nothing but the illusion of authority — and the millions of people who let this failed-state clown show continue. Like, I am genuinely baffled that in the most heavily armed county on Earth, with hundreds of thousands of veterans with PTSD, shat on for decades... How is the attempted murder of the people in charge not a daily occurrence?
