Edgelord special mention : SsethTzeentach. I do think he definitely gets too edgy at times, though it is sometimes funny, but he does talk about some very obscure games sometimes and highlights what makes them original/interesting permalink fedilink source parent [–] TheKingBee@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago (1 child) Keyan Carlile - Long form deep dives into Disney shows Napoleon Blownapart - Does MMA, I don't even like MMA and i like his videos. Majuular - Long form deep dives into games FuzzySlippers - More video games Dungeon Chill - video games frootbats - Only a handful of long form videos, but if you want to go deep on fraggle rock she's got you covered. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment replies: [–] ChillCapybara@discuss.tchncs.de 3 points 1 year ago These are all great thanks all for the suggestions. I’d lake to add the YT channel Ahoy for long form essays not always on specific games but always insightful. Primarily focusing on video games in relation to firearms history, retro technology, and pop culture. https://youtube.com/@xboxahoy permalink fedilink source parent [–] astropenguin5@lemmy.world 1 point 1 year ago The channel doesn't have many more game videos but here's a good video about the history of EVE online: https://youtu.be/BCSeISYcoyI permalink fedilink source parent
