Also, I took a look. Their video of people “enjoying” is very weird. It reminds me of the USSR Billy Joel concert with him yelling at his crew to take the cameras off people because they were only allowed to have fun off camera.

I can believe the video is authentic. But it's important to note that these are the 0.1 percent of North Koreans, the ultra rich. Most are incredibly impoverished. The video's weird because none of them want to get sand on themselves, they don't want to look like the dirty peasants, hence their awkward movements. Appearance is very important in North Korea.
