My MIL went from being an anti-gun democrat to going with my partner and I for shooting lessons this weekend. It's never publicized, but if you keep your head up, you can see the winds change.

Edit, because I realized I was unclear: This administration woke her up to the dangers of disarming the workers. She's moved farther left.
