But we're missing the point here. They just need to bullshit long enough pretending to "remove fraud". Their goal is to make sure the previously mostly nonpolitical burecracy is entirely under the control of the executive. Reducing services to taxpayers in the name of " reducing government spending/fraud/waste/whatever " is just a nice bonus for them.

They're lying and they have been for a while. They're not an unruly, incompetent contractor. They're traitors and saboteurs.
