I'm an American and I canceled mine years ago! (Except youtube premium)
Not trying to yuck someone's yum, but what are the perks for youtube premium?
No ads and unlimited YouTube music. I do the family plan for my mom, wife and young daughter. We get our money's worth for sure.
You get to pay for commercials.
