I have problems with people who abstained. The hard thing is, how do you change voter behavior?
Interesting choice of the word insulting. Who am I insulting? The fact is there will be extensive pain and suffering either way. That is enevitable, and has already started. In my opinion, dragging it on will make it worse and effect more people. It's also harder to mount a resistance against a slow descent.
