Seriously. Last thing I bought from was vic3 base game so i could mod it (fuck steam mods who don't upload to nexus or have a github somewhere or SOMETHING other then gatekeeping it behind steam workshop).

At least its moderately easy to pirate all the dlc on steam still. People out there justifying spending $500 on a game when we got multiple free "DLC" patches on games like stardew is kinda insane. And the DLCs have less content then the average free mod nowadays... People really need to just make open source versions of pdx games at this point. I think some people are doing it with vic2.
