The way I understand this meme is that the first panel represent liberal support of Ukraine, and consequently, they support Zelensky despite his ties to neo nazis. I assumed it was not calling all or even most Ukrainians as nazis; however, my interpretation of the meme could be wrong though.
I wasn't aware of his ties to neo Nazis. Can you provide me with any info on it?
