The three-headed dragon meme where two heads are drawn realistically and look frightening but the last one is looking like a silly cartoon drawing with large eyes and a big tongue stuck outside the maw. One text box is floating above each dragon head. For the realistic heads, the text inside reads "Time Active: 151 days 11 hours" and "Share Ratio: 6.00" respectively. The text box above the silly head reads "Total Size: 608 Bytes".

Sounds like it's (please correct me if im wrong) a very small file you can seed to get your ratio of download/upload into better numbers.

Imma guess its a text file with a cooking recipe?

    Boston Chicken & KFC Rotisserie Style Chicken.txt

    Boston Chicken & KFC Rotisserie Style Chicken

Serving Size : 4

1/4 c Oil
1 tb Honey
1 tb Lime juice
1/4 ts Paprika
Season salt
4 Chicken breast halves with skin

Mix all ingredients well in saucepan and warm just to
 melt honey. Arrange 4 chicken breast halves, skin-side-up
 in a square baking dish or pan, sprayed with Pam. 
Bake uncovered at 400~ about 35 to 40 minutes, basting
 chicken without turning them, 3 or 4 times during baking
 or until nicely browned.
Immediately upon removing from oven, seal baking dish 
tightly in foil and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before
serving.
