So are we only standing up against body shaming for ugly people? We're okay shitting on attractive people that might have had cosmetic work done? Are we a bunch of hypocrites that stand for nothing and only react when our own feelings are hurt?

The rule is not to punch down. When someone is a billionaire nothing* is off the table.
I can generally agree with that if it's something someone can't change. However: fuck billionaires
Exactly! Like body shaming fat people because they have no say in the matter.
We shouldn’t make jokes at their expanse.
