For context, this is about Ola Electric. They're actually saying they're the 4th largest (*excluding China), but even that isn't true, since they've also excluded competing Indian brands. They're 4th largest excluding China and India. And even then they're comparing their combined revenue to EV revenue for others.
they don't even mean to say that only the white countries count but they still managed to do it
