    Seems like an estimate by the chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent of the WSJ. Also, it seems to actually be diesel fuel. Β―\_(ツ)_/Β―

    That makes sense, refined products are obviously more expensive by volume.

    Between 550,000 and 600,000 litres of diesel per tank, depending on the specific gravity of the fuel. Two and a half million dollars per tank, not including the lost revenue from having the site offline.
