How do people do it? Drive along, turn off engine whilst rolling. Pump foot. Turn on engine?
Depends on the engine. On an old cummins theres a screw you can just turn up to eleven. On more modern stuff you need a specific computer tuner, which the EPA made very hard to get a few years ago.
