Solid af podcast. They can have some cringe takes, especially towards AES, but they interview some great socialists, they're genuinely funny, and they are good people at the end of the day.

While Jake doesn't really try to play the hard insurrectionist revolutionary, he got arrested during the George Floyd uprising and fought zionists on the barricades at UCLA. As far as podcasters go, that's pretty cool.

Honestly as much as he gets hate here for the right reasons I still respect Robert Evans for being on the front lines against fascists back in 2020 when he got his hand broke by some Oregon Nazis.

We should not judge everyone solely on their worst opinions. (with obvious exceptions)

Of a similar opinion. Once I learned of his bullshit with the feds I don't suggest his podcast or listen anymore, but if he were to be reporting on twitch on a protest I would def tune in again.

This is true. I still massively respect his work in terms of actual praxis. Their opinions tend to be solid as long as you don't ask them much on AES countries.
