Now I feel better. All these comments on Buldak not being spicy and I'm like, "am I really that weak?"

    I should also specify that I don't flinch at most Thai chili pastes and dishes, but the 3x spicy Buldak made my teeth hurt. The cheese one is nice if you doctor it up with extra cheese, green onions, garlic, and maybe some kimchi.

    Even the 1x one is going to fuck you up if you don't eat spicy enough things to build tolerance. Spice tolerance is a thing you train.

    Right now I'd probably struggle with 1x due to how bland my depresso diet has been.
