look I don't want to shame anybody's choices but that's going to be really unwieldy in everyday speech

can we compromise on something like "jeep/jerm"

    You cannot tell someone J.P. Morgan pronouns are not permitted, no matter how unwieldy J.P. Morgan choices are. J.P. Morgan picked what J.P. Morgan picked because it is what truthfully represents J.P. Morgan.
