As a former pack a day smoker, you’re right that it does those things. It also causes cancer and other health problems, your pickled and smoked grandfather notwithstanding. (Also, cigars are not inhaled which causes lower rates of cancer than cigarettes.)
If you want to have better cognitive ability, lose weight and, have more free testosterone you’re better off lifting weights regularly. All of those benefits but none of the lung cancer.
that's a lot of time amd work to get the same benefits as someone who takes a 15 minute break during lunch.
Nicotine is available in non-smokable form if you are fat, stupid, and lack testosterone as well as willpower. You don’t have to smoke it
I don't know why you're skipping straight to insulting me. I'm just saying my time is valuable and I value my money. I'm not going to spend 50 USD on a box of nicotine patches when a pack of cigarettes is 5 at most, I'm not gonna spend 1-2 hours a day lifting weights to get the benefits a single cigarette I smoke in a minute or two would. I'll stoop to your level and say you would have to be stupid to choose otherwise.
Because you're either a troll or an idiot, and in either case you deserve derision. This is an insane take on cigarette smoking.
I wish you well in your pursuit of testosterone and lung cancer.

Supposed benefits of smoking a minute or two aren’t even remotely comparable to the benefits from an hour or two of exercise.
