Welcome to today’s daily kōrero!

Anyone can make the thread, first in first served. If you are here on a day and there’s no daily thread, feel free to create it!

Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.

So, how’s it going?

I got given some coffee (I think this one?) and it was great! I ended up drinking the whole bag in a few days... I drank it black and loved every minute of it.

Now I've gotta drink the one I have and it's just not the same 🫤

That’s an interesting find, thanks for letting us know. I’d not heard of Ark Coffee before. Looks a bit pricey for my pocket, otherwise I’d have given them a try.

Now you mention it, it is pretty pricey! Was good though. But it was a gift so I didn't pay!

I like trying new coffee, and am currently a Hummingbird fan. Have tried all their varieties, except the caffeine free, and liked them all. Not overly roasted so they give a smoother taste to me.

The Ark one I tried was definitely a lighter roast. I also like trying coffee, but currently I'm trying to work my way through the old coffee bag I didn't like. 1KG was too much for an unusual coffe I hadn't tried. Currently having to more than double the beans because it's old and lost it's strength, so hopefully will get through it pretty fast!
