This is a live-in-the-studio version of a song from this band's debut LP โ€” IMO, the best one from that album โ€” which was released in 2016. It's basically early-1970s style retro hard rock, similar to Mountain, Black Sabbath's early albums, Nektar's early albums, Atomic Rooster's second album, Budgie, etc.
