Hello, and welcome! If you've discovered this community, you or someone you know may be living with POTS. This space is a place to ask questions, share stories, coping strategies, and just chat about POTS in general.

The rules are fairly relaxed, I just ask that community members adhere to the following:

1. Be kind it costs nothing

2. No bullying see above

3. No excluding people based on their symptoms POTS can present in many different ways, don't discount someone's condition based on your experience
