yes just the bare minimum you need to glance over it and be like "wait, where is the filibuster???"
historically, IMHO china's failed to telegraph what's they're doing correctly to other countries which is redistribute growth back to the countryside!
How were they going to telegraph this to a Western audience when Western media isn’t going provide them a platform to say things that contradict their own portrayal of China? By buying ad space?
I was actually relitigating the sino soviet split but keep it on the dl mods are hovering over me bc im cute and fun
