Is MCP something that I can use straightforwardly from a human-written client instead of an AI model? I've been wondering about it but haven't bothered to look for info. It's not really obvious from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Model_Context_Protocol . Is there an LLM at the other end of it (the Cloudflare end in this case)? That scares me. I don't use WhatsApp but have been seeing MCP endpoints for some other stuff that's more interesting.

Why does it only run on cloudflare?
