    I had an interview where the boss talked about himself the entire interview. At the end I was like "so...?" And he said "you start Monday"

    He knew then and there are you listen to him blabber on for an hour without interrupting him, you were the right fit the job (the job being to listen to him blabber on on a daily basis).
