i wish these companies would talk to me. i can make sure you workers never unionize. here are tge steps you need to take.

1. pay them very well
2. make sure they have awesome benefits
3. treat them as human beings and include them in company discusions

i promise if you follow these three things, they will not even think about unionizing. helm just doing the first two may be enough.
