i wish these companies would talk to me. i can make sure you workers never unionize. here are tge steps you need to take.
- pay them very well
- make sure they have awesome benefits
- treat them as human beings and include them in company discusions
i promise if you follow these three things, they will not even think about unionizing. helm just doing the first two may be enough.
