Weyoun 5 was a great man, a true patriot. We don’t talk about Weyoun 6.

Oh I wouldn't suggest that. But for a tv episode I imagine it could be entertaining just wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of it..."chirp chirp* oh the enterprise has dealt with it numerous times? Huh...you don't say....great talking with you... uh huh bye now.

Appears the pattern buffers are being recycled again everyone, hold onto your seats....and phasers if ya got em.

Remind me again why we hate Tuvix so much? All I remember from that episode is “stiff uptight guy merges with funny chef guy to make stiff uptight funny chef guy.”

I don’t think the community hates Tuvix. He keeps coming up because they won’t let Janeway’s questionable order for his destruction be forgotten.

I’ll have to go back & watch that one again, but didn’t they just reverse the fusion whatnot & turn him back into Tuvok & Neelix again?

I love tuvix. I didn't really have a problem with tuvok but y'know, Vulcan. FUCK Neelix. He was an insufferable piece of shit for so long. He eventually got a little better but not enough to redeem his character.

Tuvix was the perfect blend of both; the two extremes tempered each other out. He was intelligent without being robotic, cheerful instead of being a crackhead, good at cooking and security, and willing to contribute to make up for the "loss" of two crewmembers due to his creation. Now obviously you can't just kill off two core cast members so he was always going go away, but it was a very interesting trolley problem that Janeway dealt with, probably correctly. Factoring in my personal preference? I'd vent them both out of an airlock just to get rid of neelix.
