Should have used a habanero fruit jelly like mango or pineapple. Give them the sense of jelly and everything is ok, then the heat ramps up.

Or ghost pepper if the exam day for lesson you're teaching.

  • When I was a kid, my parents had a coworker in the office that would help himself from the liquor bottle they had in the workplace (yeah, different times, I know) without permission.

One day, they added some laxative to the bottle. That was the last time the coworker touched the bottle.

Remember to fill one with "strawberry" cream (red chili, the HOT one).

tbf, I'd want a second. what the average person thinks is 'hot', I find mild/bland or just sweet. I'd gladly eat a hot donut and want a second. i frequently eat ghost Pepper hot sauce and love it.

Sweet and heat is such an amazing combination. There's an Italian chain near me whose lasagna is different from every other I've ever tried. The filling is a tomato meat sauce that's incredibly sweet to the point it's almost fruity. It's delicious enough normally, but a simple sprinkle of Cayenne or Aleppo on the top turns it into one of the best dishes I've ever had.

Heat tolerance at that level sucks, doesn't it? I add more Cayenne pepper to a single serving of food than Chef John puts in an entire four-person meal and sometimes I can still barely notice the heat, but if it's not there the meal feels soulless, like it's missing an entire dimension of flavor or something.
