It's too early for Christmas memes, it's bad enough that Christmas decorations are being set out for sale already wait until after Halloween at least

    Legit question, what's the negative ecological impact of those hippos? Like, yeah lots of people get killed by those tanks and that's sad but did they fucked up the flora&fauna? Like mangling crocs, capys and jaguars, or destroying riverside trees and acquatic plants?

    I think it would be cool to have hippos in the Parana/Uruguay/Plata system, lots of dipshit boaters would get got and Idk which species would they compete against?

    It's pretty bad. They've pretty much wrecked the river trophic chain by either driving away any terrestrial anima and destroying the river bank, and by shitting so much the algae bloom kills local fish.

    It's gotten to a point where the local government gave the army the order to kill one of the hippos because it was getting dangerously close to a really poor village, but the troops being troops just decided to turn it into a spectacle and now they can't even kill them without people getting riled up.

    A couple years ago I thought it would be fun to give my mom and my sisters a hippopotamus cookie cutter for Christmas. So when they make Christmas cookies they can give everyone a hippopotamus for Christmas.

    I ment to buy four hippopotamus cookie cutters. But I accedently ended up buying 4 BOXES of hippopotamus cookie cutters…

    They’re still in my closet…
