I’ve been on a big Resident Evil kick lately and was before the movie but the movie came out at a great time for it

Been playing 2 myself on the Steam Deck, and switching off on 4 with my spouse on the TV. The remakes are real good. Gonna start Requiem after we finish 4.

So much for that Sony boycott?

First half of the movie was great. The main character is so fucking stupid, it made the movie even scarier than it should be.

Weirdly enough, it didn't feel like the resident evil games. The on-rails plot in the latter half made the movie feel much closer to the House of The Dead franchise.
