Sorry, which part is unclear? I'm the main developer on the project, and there's also a few others that are adding in. The tone problems are probably mine.

The project has to balance between the very theoretical parts of library socialism as a whole, the ideas of the platform as a whole, and needs of a small library now, so it's obviously not going to hit any part 100%. But I'm happy to clarify anything - and make sure the text gets updated to be clearer!
